Senior Windows Systems Administrator

Job Description:

This position is primarily responsible for working within a team that manages run-time maintenance of 500+ Windows servers. It is also an escalation point for junior/intermediate team members.

Position Requirements:

This position requires a minimum of 5 years direct Windows systems administration experience, specifically Server 2000, 2003, and 2008, running in a hosted environment consisting of web, database and e-mail servers. A strong understanding of local area networking, switches, firewall, systems/network security and load balancing is also required.

As escalation point to other administrators, the ability to effectively handle interruptions, to "think on your feet" and to keep cool in situations is required.

Required Skills:

• Strong ability to self-manage multiple projects and take initiative to reach the goals outlined by management. Being comfortable working both alone and with teams on projects.
• Solid background in web services (IIS, ASP.Net), relational databases (MSSQL), email servers (Exchange), system analysis and performance tuning. Good understanding of virtualization; specifically Citrix XenServer.
• Strong communication and documentation skills. The ability to forsee the impact of changes to the environment (change planning/management).
• Solid systems security background.
• Background in server grade hardware, theory and configurations: Dell PowerEdge & HP Proliant a plus, RAID, Volume Management.

Optional Skills:

• ColdFusion administration

Marketing Manager

Description:

INetU Managed Hosting (www.inetu.net) seeks a results-oriented marketing leader to advance the company's marketing initiatives. The marketing manager will oversee the marketing department and have responsibility for meeting the company's goals and objectives as relates to branding, lead generation and new product development. The ideal Marketing Manager candidate will have over 10 years of experience in marketing, with most of that in marketing management functions. A track record of proven results is required.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Establish marketing tactics to meet organizational strategic objectives.
• Achieving or surpassing marketing goals for cost per inquiry (overall and premium), cost per order and quantities of inquiries (overall and premium).
• Strengthening the company's positive brand recognition among target markets.
• Managing the time and resources of the marketing staff to complete marketing projects.
• Tracking expenditures in the marketing budget.
• Participate in internal communications.
• Working with vendors and external resources required to support advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor's data, and implement marketing plan changes as needed.
• Providing reports to management on marketing data.
• Support marketing staff in achieving their responsibilities and provide feedback to marketing staff including reviews.
• Provide feedback to VP of Sales & Marketing on staff needs, concerns and analysis of staff performance.
• Continuing education on marketing trends and industry trends.
• Development of new advertising channels and new advertising campaigns.
• Oversee the writing and distribution press releases.
• Oversee development and maintenance marketing materials.
• Oversee maintenance of corporate website.
• Manage the process for all trade shows (6-8 per year). (Booth message and art, submission process for all shows etc.)
• Develop, plan and implement promotional programs to publicize and promote various activities, events and/or items; establish methods for increasing participation in such programs. (for example: Web site Ads, more presence on the internet, networking events).
• Improve and manage sales lead generation process.
• Oversee development and distribution of client and internal newsletters.
• Manage customer list data in accordance with EU Safe Harbor standards.
• Manage customer survey process.
• Complete award applications.
• Educate employees on company accomplishments.
• Other projects assigned by VP of Sales & Marketing.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of marketing experience with most of it in a marketing management role.
• Great organization skills.

Web Applications Developer

Description:

This position is primarily responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise web applications and other business process systems for internal and client facing systems. Our systems need to automate work through a high degree of interoperability while providing increased functionality to their users.

Requirements:

This position requires a minimum of 5 years direct web and application development experience in a hosted environment consisting of web, database and e-mail servers. Ability to successfully manage projects from conception to completion is required.

Required Skills:

• Experience with C/C++ or Java as well as Javascript, AJAX, and PHP in a LAMP environment.
• Working knowledge of relational database design and administration (MySQL preferred).
• Strong user interface design skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to foresee the impact of changes to the environment (change planning / management).
